Love the icon mattress that I bought and the mattress protector too! Firm enough to support the back that always tired and aches and improve sleep. I also want to compliment the customer service personnel that I deal with from the start of these purchases up to now, Mr Tan from Getha. He is such a good assistant to me because he explains the mattress range that have shortlisted and make my purchase decision easier. Matress softness is just right. Getha is very professional. They do ensure that the new matress has not been open by providing a security lock. You can only open the matress by opening the warranty card which contains the security code. I have never bought a matress that provide security in mind. Very thoughtful of them.
