Campaign Overview

The Buy Now & Upgrade Later Program is designed to offer our valued customers the flexibility and peace of mind they deserve. By purchasing Togetha Baby Cot or Genie Baby Cot, customers can trade it in within 3 years (36 calendar months) for a Twinkle Star Kids Bed Frame and Sunny 5/Star Mattress or Getha Icon Luxury Mattress. This program reflects our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction, ensuring your investment grows with your family's needs.

1.0 General Terms

1.1 This campaign is valid for West Malaysian addresses only.
1.2 All submitted documents become the property of Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd and will not be returned.
1.3 This voluntary program is conducted at the sole discretion of Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd.
1.4 The campaign is valid only for the exchange of specific baby cots: Genie Baby Cot and Togetha Baby Cot.
1.5 Submissions will only be accepted if the cots are purchased from Getha / GeniebyGetha showrooms, selected Getha Gallery, baby expos, roadshows, and official Getha / GeniebyGetha stores on Shopee and Lazada.

2.0 Eligibility and In-store Rebate Value

2.1 Genie Baby Cot: Rebate value is the full amount, RM 1,399
2.2 Togetha Baby Cot: Rebate value is 50% off from the purchase amount.
2.3 The baby cot must have been used for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 36 months from the invoice date.
2.4 Rebate eligibility is determined by the condition of the baby cot and the submission of complete documentation through the Google form.
2.5 For any customers who have obtained Genie or Togetha Baby Cots through competition, lucky draw, or barter deals are not eligible for this campaign.

3.0 Submission and Acceptance

3.1 Purchases from unauthorized resellers or second-hand acquisitions are not eligible.
3.2 This program is valid for in-store credit only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.3 Submissions will be accepted only via the Google form.

4.0 Documentation Requirements

4.1 Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or invoice, along with the baby cot for the rebate to be processed.
4.2 Incomplete submissions will not be considered eligible for this program.

5.0 Condition of Baby Cot

5.1 The baby cot must be in a usable condition, free from severe damage or modifications that compromise its safety or functionality.
5.2 Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject the submission if the baby cot does not meet these standards.

6.0 Delivery and Acceptance

6.1 All redeemed mattresses in this Trade-in Program will be delivered with our standard delivery terms.
6.2 Customers must bear any additional costs if there are extra locations for collection and delivery.
6.3 There will be no fee charged for mattress disposal.
6.4 The completion of the process must be completed within 30 calendar days.

7.0 In-store Rebate Usage

7.1 In-store rebates issued as part of this program can only be used for purchasing Twinkle Star Kids Bed Frame together with any Sunny 5 Mattresses or Getha Icon Luxury Mattress at participating Getha showrooms only.
7.2 The in-store credit is non-transferable to cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.
7.3 The in-store credit will expire within 30 calendar days based on the date of approval provided by the showroom personnel.

8.0 Campaign Obligations

8.1 Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd is not liable for stolen, lost, or severely damaged baby cots.
8.2 The company is not obligated to replace a damaged baby cot with a new one after 365 calendar days from the invoice date.

9.0 Customer Service and Warranty

9.1 For any concerns or disputes, customers must write via email at askgetha@getha.com.my or WhatsApp Getha Malaysia's hotline.
9.2 Product prices are based on the selling price at each showroom and are not affiliated with any other ongoing promotions.
9.3 Product warranty will be based on https://getha.com.my/pages/warranty-care-instruction and subject to change by Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd.
9.4 For any purchase of Genie Baby Cot and Togetha Baby Cot, the warranty will be valid for 3 months from the invoice date. The Warranty Guidelines are as follows:

  • 9.4.1 The elements of the furniture, i.e., hinges, drawer slides, handles, racks, or bed slats, are covered under a 3-month warranty from the date of invoice.
  • 9.4.2 The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation and:
    -Damage that is the result of improper storage, installation (failure to comply with assembly instructions), negligent misuse, or products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer.
    -Natural or accidental disasters, fall, impact, light discoloration, burn, excessive heating, humidity, presence of insects, natural variations between components.
    -Modifications, repairs or additions of items that are not part of the furniture or parts or components by the customer or by a person not approved by the manufacturer
    -Use for professional or commercial purposes.
    -Items bought as used or secondhand products, including items that served as floor models.
    -Items that have been altered by an authorized 3rd party repair representative.
    -All products safety is compliant with Standard International Safety guidelines and certified by the European Standard EN71.

10.0 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes or concerns must be communicated in writing via email at askgetha@getha.com.my or WhatsApp at +60 12-936 8027.
10.2 All disputes will be resolved to the best of the company’s ability in good faith.
10.3 The company reserves all rights in this campaign.

11.0 Program Termination

11.1 Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate or suspend the program at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Any submissions made prior to termination will still be processed according to the terms in effect at the time of submission.

12.0 Privacy Policy

12.1 By participating in this program, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd for the purposes of processing the rebate and future marketing communications.
12.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Getha's privacy policy.

13.0 Store Locations for trade-in arrangements of this campaign

13.1 The Baby Cot Buy Now & Upgrade Later Program by GeniebyGetha is only available at the following outlets:

  • Getha Flagship Store, Petaling Jaya - No. 62, Jalan Universiti, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
  • Getha Flagship Store, Penang - 26 H, Jalan Masjid Negeri, 11600 Air Itam, Pulau Pinang
  • Getha Mid Valley Southkey, JB - S-019A, 2nd Floor, No.1, Persiaran Southkey 1, 80510 Johor Bahru

14.0 Exchange Process

14.1 Customers must book an appointment for the exchange process at their preferred Getha store location as per Clause 13 in this campaign terms & condition with the following steps:
a) Once customers reach a minimum of 12 months or a maximum 36 months from the purchase date, a trade in request can be submitted by sharing a soft copy of the original invoice via Google Form available at Getha website and making an appointment for a visit to the selected showroom.
b) Customers shall submit clear photos of baby cot and personal details via Google Form only.
c) The showroom personnel will be in contact with customers for a showroom visit appointment.

14.0 Exchange Process

14.1 Customers must book an appointment for the exchange process at their preferred Getha store location as per Clause 13 in this campaign terms & condition with the following steps:

c) The showroom personnel will be in contact with customers for a showroom visit appointment.

14.2 The exchange process must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of rebate approval.
14.3 The exchanged baby cot will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it meets the condition requirements stated in Section 5.0.

15.0 Customer Obligations

15.1 Customers must provide all necessary documentation, including proof of purchase and completed Google form, at the time of the exchange.
15.2 Customers must ensure the baby cot is clean and free of personal items before returning it for the exchange.

16.0 Communication and Updates

16.1 Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd will communicate any updates or changes to the program via email or through official company communication channels. 16.2 Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date to receive timely notifications.

17.0 Cancellation and Refunds

17.1 Customers may cancel their participation in the program at any time after purchasing the baby cot.
17.2 Any cancellations made are no longer eligible for this campaign.

18.0 Limitation of Liability

19.0 Force Majeure

19.1 Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this program due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

20.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

20.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
20.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

21.0 Entire Terms & Conditions

21.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire campaign between the customer and Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd with respect to the Buy Now & Upgrade Later Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the program.

By participating in this program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
