From the excellent service of promoter Karu of Getha in Queensbay Mall and the delivery to the mattress itself, everything is of top quality and professionalism. The quality of the mattress is as promised. The mattress was cool and soft to the touch. What surprised me was the immediate feel of support, comfort and ease. Now almost seven months of sleeping on this premium mattress and pillow, my neck ache is gone and I feel relieved of my occasional back ache too.
