So when it was time to replace our own bed we decided to go with Getha. We had surveyed several other brands but decided Getha was the best choice based on our needs. We went to the Mid Valley outlet and was greeted by Ms Emily. She showed us a few mattresses and prepared the quotation according to our choice. A few days later we returned to the outlet to confirm our order. This time we were attended by Ms Lahra who is also very helpful. They made the experience of purchasing products from Getha a pleasant moment. We went around the outlet to take a look again and decided on the thereupedic mattress. We also bought a mattress protector. Delivery was done on the agreed date and time. The delivery staffs were polite and careful to ensure the mattress and other stuffs arrived safely. Getha also has a special security procedure where the mattress is delivered in a sealed bag and can only be opened by unlocking a lock. This is to ensure we get the original stuff from Getha right from the factory. To all Getha staffs thank you very much for this wonderful experience. We'll keep you in mind the next time we're looking for bedroom stuffs. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying a latex mattress at the Sunway Pyramid showroom. Teresa provided outstanding service from the moment I walked in. She was very professional, patient, and took the time to understand my sleeping habits. Her product recommendations were spot-on and helped me choose the ideal 100% natural latex mattress for my back support without any high-pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend visiting this outlet and asking for Teresa if you need expert advice on better sleep!

Truly an enjoyable experience, from browsing in the shop, till arrival of the mattress. Sales consultant Afizad, was friendly, and enthusiastic to assist. No hardselling, purely educating and thinking on behalf of the customer. Due to this positive experience, I decided to purchase a mattress instead of just a pillow. Excellent customer service, come experience it for yourselves.

It provides excellent firm edge support alongside side targeted cushioning that contours the entire body. Love it! 🥰
Quality: quite firm, definitely different from pocket spring mattress Functionality: first day tryin it but so far so good Durability: good At first glance the mattress look quite thin (9inch), the bedsheet I bought from Gaias still have plenty of space to cover the mattress 😅 but the latex feel is quite firm (you can't jump the bed). I purposely chose this mattress to make my back feel supported. Overall feel satisfied!
