Bought this pillow during the 11/11 sale and received it later that day - extremely fast delivery. Tested the pillow (plastic cover still intact) on both the high side and lower side and thought that the pillow was a bit too soft for my liking. I sleep mostly on my side and back, so a higher and firmer pillow would probably suit my needs. Now waiting for my 3D pillow to see if it's a suitable option...hopefully Getha will ship it soon.
