Support: the mattress feel firm and excellent body suppoort. Comfort: the mattress gives a comfortable during sleeping at night. Shipping also are very excellent service and receive a call before delivery.
So when it was time to replace our own bed we decided to go with Getha. We had surveyed several other brands but decided Getha was the best choice based on our needs. We went to the Mid Valley outlet and was greeted by Ms Emily. She showed us a few mattresses and prepared the quotation according to our choice. A few days later we returned to the outlet to confirm our order. This time we were attended by Ms Lahra who is also very helpful. They made the experience of purchasing products from Getha a pleasant moment. We went around the outlet to take a look again and decided on the thereupedic mattress. We also bought a mattress protector. Delivery was done on the agreed date and time. The delivery staffs were polite and careful to ensure the mattress and other stuffs arrived safely. Getha also has a special security procedure where the mattress is delivered in a sealed bag and can only be opened by unlocking a lock. This is to ensure we get the original stuff from Getha right from the factory. To all Getha staffs thank you very much for this wonderful experience. We'll keep you in mind the next time we're looking for bedroom stuffs. Keep up the good work!

We are happy with the Miracle latex mattress, feels supportive, comfortable and it stay cool throughout the night. It gives a good body support, excellent quality as compared to a normal mattress. Special thanks to Ms Emily of OneU outlet, patient, knowledgeable and honest in explaining details of the product. Also special thanks to the installer Harfiz team of handling carefully on the set up of the mattress, bed frame and headboard too. Thanks to sales agent adam lokman manage to let their transport to deliver my mattress in time. The packaging is good , which is covered in 2 layer first layer thick plastic and 2nd layer were the cover for the mattress with a padlock.
