My previous Getha pillow lasted for about 10 years. This new one is mid firm: tested for about 2mins. Comfy and feels like it can support my neck. Love that the pillow bag can be folded into smaller size, very space efficient.

Love the packaging of the item.. really gave it an element of surprise. However it was quite surprising that the pillow had a strong odour. Unsure if that’s normal.
