I have a problem and need help .. I lost the plug to the bed .. can anyone tell me or show me the photo of the 3 pin plug and connection to the bed so that I can buy the replacement ?

I've had a wonderful experience with Getha Sunway Pyramid as I've been buying all my beds from them over the years. I have been dealing with Norziah from the very beginning and this time round, she helped me to get the perfect reclining bed and even advised me on the colour of the bed frame to match my room decor! tested the bed at showroom many time and decided to get it thru 11.11 sales. will update again see it will help my backache n acid reflux. delivery guys is professional and handle item with care.

Had it since May, and it is a good adjustable bed for any customized preference. Wireless controller is great with 2 memory settings; just a tap and you will get your prefered setting. There is night light function, but you will need to press it to turn it on... it would be nicer if it is sensor base. I was unfortunate to have my unit replaced twice due to bad QC, but Getha was professional at attending to my issue and follow up closely for a good closure. Anyway, this bed is best matched with First 100 mattress and you would need to find a 200cm bedsheets, which can be easily found at IKEA.
Been using the bed for one year and really like how comfortable it is. The mattress is able to provide proper support for the spine throughout the night. Will definitely recommend this bed to friends and families.
